Mark has over two decades of experience as a sourcer, recruiter, and manager. He brings unparalleled experience and innovative thinking to Genwell.
As Director of Recruiting for NetLedger (now NetSuite), Mark built the team from 20 to about 80 in less than a year. Later, as Director of Recruiting for Tango, he hired over 160 employees over three years, growing the company from 15 to 180.Mark has recruited for a broad range of positions: programmers, salespersons, and marketers; directors, vice presidents, and c-suite executives.
Prominent venture capital firms, including Greylock Partners, Maven Ventures, Sequoia Capital, Google Ventures, and Kleiner Perkins, have hired Mark to recruit and staff their investee companies. Mark personally worked with more than fifty start-up founders over a ten-year period, helping them to effectively and efficiently build their teams.
